The terrace or balcony coverings of our objects are laid with terrace boards made of WPC (Wood Plastic Composite). Underneath there is a substructure made of WPC with height-adjustable feet. Depending on the state of construction, the flooring can also be made of thermo-ash at no extra charge if requested by the customer.
Also, on request, we offer other flooring for balconies and terraces, such as Bangkirai, larch or Ipé Lapacho.
